Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping time for BLACKONN orders?

We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 5-7 business days for most locations in India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) may receive orders faster in 3-5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of ₹79. During special promotions, we may offer free shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch international delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Our courier partners provide real-time tracking updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused with original tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging. For detailed information, please visit our Return Policy page.

How do I initiate a return?

Log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the order you want to return, and click "Request Return." Fill in the reason and our team will process your request within 24-48 hours. You'll receive pickup scheduling details via email.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed to your bank account.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes! We offer exchanges for size or color changes. When requesting a return, select "Exchange" instead of "Refund" and specify your preferred size or color. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Check our detailed Size Guide page for measurements. Our oversized collection is designed with a relaxed, drop-shoulder fit - if you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down. When in doubt, message us on WhatsApp for personalized sizing help.

Are BLACKONN clothes true to size?

Our regular fit items are true to size. However, our signature oversized collection is intentionally designed with extra room for that streetwear aesthetic. We recommend checking the specific product description and our size chart for each item.

What if the size doesn't fit?

No worries! You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn with original tags attached. We'll arrange a pickup and send you the correct size at no extra shipping cost.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available for most pin codes with a small additional handling charge of ₹49.

Is online payment secure?

Absolutely! All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data.

Can I use gift cards or discount codes?

Yes! You can apply gift cards and promo codes at checkout. Enter your code in the "Have a promo code?" section and click Apply. Gift cards can be combined with promotions but typically cannot be stacked with other gift cards.

Do you offer EMI options?

Currently, we don't offer direct EMI options. However, you can use your credit card's EMI conversion feature (available with most banks) after making the purchase.

Orders & Account

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it's shipped. Go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order, and click "Cancel Order." Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible but you can return the item after delivery. For details, see our Cancellation Policy.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications (size, color, address changes) can be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 8420889722 or email hello@blackonn.com with your order ID and requested changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to create an account to place orders. This helps us provide order tracking, easy returns, and personalized recommendations. Creating an account takes less than a minute and you can also sign up using Google.

My payment was deducted but order wasn't placed. What do I do?

Don't worry! In rare cases of payment gateway issues, amounts are automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. If you don't see the refund, contact us with your transaction details and we'll resolve it immediately.
