Cancel Before Shipping

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Cancellations before shipping are processed automatically with no admin approval required.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, simply go to your profile, find the order, and click the Cancel button. The process is instant for orders not yet shipped.

  • Go to your Profile → My Orders
  • Find the order you want to cancel
  • Click the "Cancel" button
  • Select reason and confirm
  • Order cancelled instantly if not shipped

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before shipping and you paid online, you receive a full refund. COD orders have no charges to refund.

Orders Already Shipped
